When will my order arrive?

At Bogg Bag, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth and effortless as possible. Here’s what you need to know about the shipping and delivery process:

In-Stock Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. For in-stock orders within the continental US, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days.

We’ve partnered with Route Package Protection to offer you peace of mind that your package will arrive safely. Route offers shipping protection, extending coverage to online purchases that are stolen or lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend opting in for package protection for your order.

Please note that if you decline package protection, Bogg is not responsible or liable for any issues during shipping or after delivery. By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge this and understand you had the option to add package protection.

 Once our fulfillment team receives the order, we are not able to make any changes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as the order ships.

Any estimated shipping times you see at checkout are the time it will take the carrier to deliver the package to you AFTER the package has been shipped. 

We are unable to update orders placed with ground shipping to a faster shipping service. Please reach out to support for any order cancellations or change requests. 

International Orders

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive tracking information and be able to follow your order’s journey to its final destination. 

How do I track my order?

Easy! You’ll automatically get an email as soon as an order is placed, and a second one with tracking info once it ships. You’ll be able to follow your order’s progress right up to your doorstep.

Just a heads up, it may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and the delays they are experiencing. Bogg Bag is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

My tracking number is marked as “Delivered” but I didn’t get my order

Don’t worry! Most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.

We’ve seen lots of wonkiness in shipping as of late. Unfortunately, many couriers have been affected by the pandemic and continue to be. UPS, FedEx, DHL and other courier services have all reported a number of route suspensions as a result of government restrictions. 

We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:

Check with your neighbors, just in case!

Allow 14 days from your shipment date before filing a claim if shipped to the contiguous US, and 21 days if heading to Australia, Canada or non-contiguous US zones. 

If you don’t receive your package within 14/21 days after its ship date, please let us know.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: We’ve got you covered! 

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of any mechanical defects, such as broken straps or buttons. If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us here for assistance.

Where do you ship?

Good question! 

Currently, we ship to all 50 US states and Canada. We’re actively working on finding better shipping options for our international customers, so stay tuned for updates! Hopefully, we’ll be able to expand our shipping destinations soon.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, USPS has specific shipping methods based on the package weight:

  • Orders under 1 pound are shipped via Air.
  • Orders over 1 pound are shipped via Boat.

Since these shipments are traveling outside the continental U.S., delivery may take 4 to 6 weeks from the time your package arrives at the USPS facility to reach its final destination. We appreciate your patience and recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates for the latest shipping status.

How much does shipping cost?

Great question! Shipping costs vary based on the shipping address, the items in your order, and the shipping carrier. 

The shipping cost of your order will be calculated during the checkout process after you enter the delivery address.  Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $135 in the contiguous United States only.

What is my order shipped in?

Orders either ship in large white poly bags or in a brown corrugated box. Our return address will be marked on each of our packages.

What can I do if I won’t be home to receive my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet but already has a shipping label, and you’d like to reschedule or change the delivery, please contact us immediately. If you’re going on vacation, a trip, or will be out of town, let us know, we’ll do our best to reschedule your delivery. Once the package is in transit, changes may be limited, so reaching out as soon as possible gives us the best chance to assist you. 

Can I combine orders after they are placed?

Our warehouse team works at full speed! The goal is to pack and ship your orders as fast as possible so you can enjoy your bag without delay. Once an order is in the system, it’s all set to be processed, ensuring your order is handled quickly. For this reason, we are unable to combine orders, even if they are going to the same place.
